What's included

What we do for you.

  1. Leak investigation

Water travels before it shows inside. We trace it to where it actually gets in, often a flashing, seam, penetration, or drain.

  2. Corrective repairs

Repairs to flashings, seams, curbs, penetrations, and edge metal, documented with photos so you can see what was done.

  3. Storm damage

After hail or high wind, we inspect the roof and document what we find with photos you can share with your insurer.

  4. Tenant improvements

New penetrations, curbs, and equipment supports for build-outs, detailed to protect the existing roof and its warranty.

How it works.

  1. Tell us about the building

Use the form on this page or call. A few details are enough to start.

  2. We come and look

Someone from our Texas team walks the roof and the problem areas, and takes photos.

  3. A clear scope

You get a written scope and price, with what's urgent separated from what can wait.

  4. Work planned around you

We schedule around tenants and operations, and keep you posted until it's done.

Questions we hear

Something else on your mind? Call or email our Texas team directly.

Why does our leak keep coming back?

Water often travels along the deck or insulation before it shows inside, so a patch above the stain can miss the real source. We look for where the water enters and fix that.

Will a repair affect our roof warranty?

Repairs on a warrantied roof should use the manufacturer's approved materials and details. Tell us who made the roof and who holds the warranty when you request a repair, and we'll plan the work to keep it in good standing.

What should we do right now about an active leak?

Move people and equipment away from the water, catch what you can, and note where it's coming in if that's safe. Then report the leak or call our Texas team. Don't send staff onto a wet roof.

Do you handle storm damage?

Yes. After a storm we can inspect the roof, document the damage with photos, and recommend repairs. If water is coming in, report the leak first.
