What's included

What we do for you.

  1. Re-roofing

Remove the old roof to the deck and install a new system when the existing one has reached the end of its life.

  2. Roof recovers

Where the existing roof is dry and sound, install a new roof over it and cut tear-off, cost, and disruption.

  3. Restoration

Coating and restoration systems that can extend the life of a roof that's worn but still sound.

  4. New construction

Roof systems for new buildings, coordinated with the general contractor's schedule and submittals.

  3. A clear scope

You get a written scope and price, with what's urgent separated from what can wait.

  4. Work planned around you

We schedule around tenants and operations, and keep you posted until it's done.

Questions we hear

Something else on your mind? Call or email our Texas team directly.

Should we replace the roof or recover it?

It depends on the existing roof. Building codes generally allow a recover only when there's a single roof on the building and it isn't wet or deteriorated. We check how much of the insulation is still dry before recommending either.

Can you work while the building is occupied?

Most commercial re-roofs happen on occupied buildings. We plan staging, access, noise, and odor-producing work with the property manager and keep tenants informed as the work moves across the roof.

What warranty comes with a new roof?

It depends on the roof system and the manufacturer. Your proposal spells out exactly which warranties come with your roof and what's required to keep them in force.

How long does a replacement take?

It depends on the roof's size, the system, access, and weather. Your proposal includes a schedule, and your Texas contact keeps you updated as the work progresses.
